Senior Retirement Plan Administrator

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Managing a caseload of retirement plan clients
- Accurate plan administration, regulatory compliance, and proactive client relationship management
- Technical execution of plan operations, government filings, and participant transactions
- Prepare, amend, and maintain plan documents
- Perform nondiscrimination testing (ADP/ACP, top-heavy, cross-tested)
- Monitor participant eligibility, contributions, and vesting schedules
- Support internal and external audit processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of experience in all aspects of retirement plan administration
- Experience with 401(k) and 403(b) plans
- Depth of knowledge in ERISA, DFVCP, VCP filings
- Proficient in Non-Discrimination testing (Section 401(a)(4), 401(a)(26))
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Adobe, Docusign
- ASPPA and/or CEBS designation required
