About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Managing a caseload of retirement plan clients
Accurate plan administration, regulatory compliance, and proactive client relationship management
Technical execution of plan operations, government filings, and participant transactions
Prepare, amend, and maintain plan documents
Perform nondiscrimination testing (ADP/ACP, top-heavy, cross-tested)
Monitor participant eligibility, contributions, and vesting schedules
Support internal and external audit processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of experience in all aspects of retirement plan administration
Experience with 401(k) and 403(b) plans
Depth of knowledge in ERISA, DFVCP, VCP filings
Proficient in Non-Discrimination testing (Section 401(a)(4), 401(a)(26))
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Adobe, Docusign
ASPPA and/or CEBS designation required
