Strategic Account Executive

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The Strategic Account Executive is responsible for managing client interactions and account maintenance
- Manage client book of business with emphasis placed on building and fostering relationships with client or broker contacts through quality service delivery
- Proactively assesses, clarifies and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis
- Collaborate with co-workers and vendor contacts to assist with resolving client concerns or questions on a timely basis
- Attend and coordinate onsite or webinar meetings with client, broker or PBM for prescreening, finalist meetings, market results, quarterly reviews, implementation meetings or ad-hoc
- Escalate any client or broker issues with PBMs
- Analyze plan performance on a quarterly basis and provide recommendations on benefit design edits or savings opportunities
- Manage the implementation timeline with PBM to ensure all tasks are completed on schedule including member communications, eligibility, accumulator and other transition files
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
- Manage client book of business with emphasis placed on building and fostering relationships with client or broker contacts through quality service delivery
- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis
- Collaborate with co-workers and vendor contacts to assist with resolving client concerns or questions on a timely basis
- Attend and coordinate onsite or webinar meetings with client, broker or PBM for prescreening, finalist meetings, market results, quarterly reviews, implementation meetings or ad-hoc
- Analyze plan performance on a quarterly basis and provide recommendations on benefit design edits or savings opportunities
- Maintain internal documentation and systems for clients, meeting minutes, action logs, CRM and continuous organization of information contained within client folders
