About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

supports all aspects of financial analysis related to clients’ benefit programs
works closely and collaboratively with other members of the financial support team
delivers benefit and financial illustrations for clients to evaluate their benefit plans
identifies risk in existing benefit plans through data analytics
mines data from primary and secondary sources and cleans raw data
creates and maintains documentation of analytics processes
collaborates with Account Managers to review client utilization reports
drafts client reports and analyzes data for product changes

Requirements

What you’ll need

2-3 years of experience
Bachelor’s degree, required; Business, Finance, Math, Accounting or related field, preferred
Proficient in all Microsoft Office products, required
Advanced/Expert Level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, required
Experience in the healthcare industry working for a group insurance carrier, broker or consultant, preferred
Knowledge of group insurance including medical, dental, CDHP, pharmacy, life and disability products, strongly preferred
Experience with database applications, a plus
