About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist with the new business quoting process to final stages of implementation
Work in partnership with the Sales Consultant as an extension of the team
Remain up to date and knowledgeable on current industry, market and regulatory changes
Manage escalated service issues to ensure resolution and client satisfaction
Review RFPs to ensure proper strategy is being executed
Work closely with Sales Consultants to identify markets for solicitation of new business

Requirements

What you’ll need

BA / BS Degree
Minimum 7-10 years’ experience in benefits account management in a consultative role
Current life and health insurance license
Familiarity and practical knowledge of quoting process and tools
