Senior HR Coordinator, M&A

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of HR diligence materials
- Own back-end Workday setup and data integrity
- Manage the Employee Workday Onboarding Tracker
- Review, audit, and ensure all employment documents are fully executed
- Coordinate all logistics for a seamless Day 1 experience
- Set up and support HR & Benefits Orientation calls
- Coordinate benefits integration activities
- Manage ongoing operational responsibilities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree preferred; human resources, psychology, or related field, preferred
- 2+ years’ HR experience, preferred
- Experience with Workday HRIS, highly preferred
- M&A, onboarding, or HR operations experience, preferred
- Experience with SmartSheets or similar project management tools, preferred
- Must be self-motivated, able to work autonomously and resourceful
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
- Ability to travel within the US (Less than 5%)
