Account Manager Intern
OneDigitalAccount Manager Intern providing support to the internal service team at OneDigital, focusing on collaboration and learning in the benefits business.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The AM Intern works closely and collaboratively with the internal service team, Benefits Consultants, Account Managers, and/or Client Executives to ensure service deliverables meet and exceed client expectations
- Shadow team members within Retention and Client Services and provide support using the Microsoft suite of products and start to learn the basics of the benefits business
- Assisting with client documentation
- Using project management and communication skills to work with experienced teams in identifying requirements and resources needed to support clients
- Perform additional duties within our Client Resource Management system (D365)
- Additional assignments as identified by management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bilingual candidate preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, while meeting or exceeding deadlines
- Effective written and oral communication skills across a variety of audiences
- Must be self-motivated and disciplined
- Strong research and problem-solving skills
- A rising Junior or rising Senior with an expected graduation date of either '26 or '27
- In pursuit of a bachelor’s degree
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including but not limited to: Excel, Word , Teams and Outlook
- Comfortable working with others in various environments
