Senior Financial Analyst
OneDigitalSenior Financial Analyst conducting financial analysis and research for corporate operations at OneDigital. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prepare financial related analyses and research for company operations
- Duties related to budgeting/forecasting, organic growth calculations, month-end close, and new business and other ad hoc analysis for corporate operations
- Incorporate annual planning assumptions into assigned office/department level budgets
- Complete monthly reforecast and actual to plan variance analysis on assigned offices
- Analyze financial performance against key business metrics and document pertinent financial highlights
- Support company-wide sales leadership in developing and maintaining robust sales and termination reporting tool
- Interact with Managing Principals in planning and forecasting process
- Identify, investigate, and analyze potential operational improvements and make proposals for operational changes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related area
- Three to six years of experience in a similar financial position
- Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge
- Understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
- Strong mathematical, analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects
