Key responsibilities & impact

Shadow team members within Sales, Retention, Marketing and Client Services
Provide support using the Microsoft suite of products
Learn the basics of the benefits business
Organizing data for outbound sales and client retention campaigns
Perform additional duties within our Client Resource Management system (D365)
Assisting with client documentation
Using project management and communication skills to work with experienced teams in identifying requirements and resources needed to support the RFP process
Supporting existing and new marketing campaigns
Additional assignments as identified by management

What you’ll need

Strong organizational and time management skills
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, while meeting or exceeding deadlines
Effective written and oral communication skills across a variety of audiences
Must be self-motivated and disciplined
Strong research and problem-solving skills
Positive, upbeat attitude
A rising Junior or rising Senior with an expected graduation date of either '23 or '24
In pursuit of a bachelor’s degree
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Teams and Outlook
