Key responsibilities & impact

Assist the Marketing Coordinator and Risk Advisors in all stages of the new business process
Transition prospected to contracted clients for onboarding
Daily posting of paid premiums and client payments
Build and develop relationships with clients and associates
Support other departments as needed with billing questions

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or equivalent required
Four-year college degree preferred, or 2+ years of relevant experience
1–3 years of Accounts Receivable or Collections experience preferred
General accounting experience preferred
Must obtain Property and Casualty insurance license within 90 days
Experience with agency management systems, Applied EPIC strongly preferred
