About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist with employee and employer questions
Assist with open enrollment meetings and presentations
Assist with claims troubleshooting
Assist customers with membership and eligibility changes
Assist clients with billing concerns
Help clients with compliance-related questions (FMLA, short-term disability, COBRA)
Assist the team with renewing and managing clients in D365
Work closely with consultants and the sales team to ensure client satisfaction
Follow up on service issues and act as phone backup for call overflow
Assist the team with overflow work as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Two or more years of applicable job experience preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office products required
Prior experience in a broker agency or benefits administration firm preferred
Familiarity with insurance carrier websites preferred
Proven track record in customer service preferred
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Familiarity with database applications preferred
