OneDigitalBenefits Consultant responsible for retaining clients and overseeing strategy, financial analysis, and service delivery at OneDigital. Developing benefit strategies and communicating value propositions effectively.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Retaining clients and their existing book of business
- Overseeing strategy, financial analysis, benefit design, plan renewals, and overall service delivery
- Effectively communicating OneDigital’s value proposition and industry trends to active clients
- Developing sophisticated benefit design and renewal strategies
- Working closely with account management and/or client service teams
- Determining the full scope of services provided to the client
- Establishing and communicating timelines with the client service team(s)
- Maintaining accountability for revenue and profitability for client accounts
- Monitoring the success of projects
- Overseeing the on-boarding of new clients
- Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with clients and carriers
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years’ of benefits consulting experience, required
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
- Must be up to date and knowledgeable on Health Care Reform and health and ancillary insurance products
- Must have a practical knowledge of quoting process and tools
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with database applications
- Valid life and health insurance license, required
