Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee all aspects of retirement plan operations
Ensure smooth plan administration and accurate data management
Manage plan documentation, fees, compliance deadlines, and participant education initiatives
Conduct regular fee analysis and benchmarking
Lead the process of plan amendments and recordkeeper fund changes
Compile fund line-up proposals for clients

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field (preferred), or relevant work experience
5+ years of experience in retirement plan operations or a similar role
Strong understanding of ERISA regulations and fiduciary best practices in the retirement plan industry
Demonstrated capacity to build and document processes and procedures
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
