About the role
- Oversee all aspects of retirement plan operations
- Ensure smooth plan administration and accurate data management
- Manage plan documentation, fees, compliance deadlines, and participant education initiatives
- Conduct regular fee analysis and benchmarking
- Lead the process of plan amendments and recordkeeper fund changes
- Compile fund line-up proposals for clients
- Schedule and follow up on client meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field (preferred), or relevant work experience
- 5+ years of experience in retirement plan operations or a similar role
- Strong understanding of ERISA regulations and fiduciary best practices in the retirement plan industry
- Demonstrated capacity to build and document processes and procedures
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
