💰 $65,000 - $70,000 per year
About the role
- Support all aspects of retirement plan operations
- Contribute to smooth plan administration, accurate data management, and exceptional client service
- Assist with plan documentation, fees, compliance deadlines, and participant education initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams for successful plan implementation and client service
- Assist with preparing quarterly investment management documentation
- Learn and apply fee analysis and benchmarking practices
- Develop basic plan review meeting materials
- Track key dates and events for clients and advisors
- Assist with plan amendments and recordkeeper fund changes
- Review retirement plan invoices for accuracy
- Update fee and service agreements for plan sponsors
- Support new business and lost business processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field (preferred), or relevant work experience
- 2+ years of experience in retirement plan operations or a similar role
- Emerging understanding of ERISA regulations and fiduciary best practices in the retirement plan industry
- Demonstrated capacity to build and document processes and procedures
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Proactive and results-oriented approach to client service and business development
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive client information, including personnel and financial data
