- Develop and maintain Salesforce.com applications
- Design and implement solutions using the Salesforce platform
- Gather and analyze business requirements for system changes and enhancements
- Test programs or databases and correct errors
- Collaborate with third-party consultants for product enhancements
- Analyze and troubleshoot system issues
Requirements
- Subject matter expert in Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Experience in developing and maintaining Salesforce.com applications
- Experience with custom objects, custom metadata, fields, flows, and reports in Salesforce
- Ability to manage and monitor data integrity and security
- Experience in working with project teams
- Familiarity with SAFe Agile practices
- Experience in creating and maintaining documentation for system processes
