Responsible for a portfolio of capabilities, apps or services
Understand client needs and review strategies with stakeholders
Write stories and work with engineering and marketing teams to bring solutions to life
Define product vision, roadmap and growth opportunities
Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of user stories
Clean and translate user submitted requests into technical backlog items
Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes
Collaborate on backlog management and iteration planning
Lead planning product release and set expectations for delivery
Communicate with the business on released enhancements or major announcements
Mitigate impediments impacting successful team completion of goals
Research and analyze market, users, and product roadmap
Coordinate with stakeholders on testing/QA of completed tasks
Manage reporting, dashboard, and forecasting environments
Participate in Scrum meetings and product sprints

Requirements

1-3 years’ experience in a product owner or analyst role preferred
Strong attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to establish and maintain collaborative working relationships
Ability to work with clients and partners at a strategic level
Dynamics 365 functional experience with team leadership responsibilities
Excellent understanding and knowledge of core Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure, and Microsoft 365 architecture
CSPO or similar preferred
Human Capital, IT, or startup experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
