About the role
- Perform member enrollment audits to ensure data accuracy in cloud-based benefits administration tools
- Complete audits in response to mismatches identified and research root cause issues
- Work with carriers on retroactive, exception, or standard requests related to member-level eligibility
- Make corrections into BenAdmin system to ensure members reflect carrier enrollments
- Maintain documentation per workflows, procedures, and protocols
- Provide feedback and guidance to business stakeholders based on audit discoveries
- Serve as the single point of contact for resolution lifecycle
- Ensure protection and security of consumer personal, confidential and identifiable information according to HIPAA
- Meet or exceed department goals and complete other duties/projects as assigned
Requirements
- Driven, self-motivated, and upbeat attitude
- Must be self-motivated and disciplined
- Ability to remain calm and clear-minded in a role that directly impacts both revenue and client satisfaction
- Strong knowledge of D365 and Excel. (V-lookups, Pivot tables, Advanced Formulas)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments at one time
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
- Must be able to handle high workload volume and meet demanding deadlines
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required
- Current life and health insurance license, preferred
- Minimum 2 years' cumulative experience
