About the role

  • You take ownership of qualified leads and guide customers through the process to closing.
  • You present and sell tailored educational offerings based on the individual needs of customers.
  • You navigate the complex QCG business area and manage stakeholders (companies, participants, Employment Agency (AfA)).
  • You maintain customer contacts and manage customer information in our CRM system.
  • You work closely with career advisors (Setter) and other departments.
  • You take on special tasks as assigned by the Head of Sales.

Requirements

  • Commercial vocational training or a degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Several years of proven success in B2B or B2C sales, ideally in complex, consultative services (education, finance, SaaS, etc.).
  • You are an experienced closer and can drive a defined sales process to success in a structured and disciplined way.
  • You work independently, in a structured manner, and bring a high level of organizational ability.
  • You are proficient with modern CRM systems and digital sales processes.
