About the role

  • Build and deploy A/B tests, multivariate tests, and personalization campaigns across digital channels using Adobe Target
  • Design and maintain AEP components including XDM schemas, identities, Real-Time Customer Profile, and Adobe Web SDK (Alloy.js) configurations
  • Implement and manage Adobe Tags (Launch) and event tracking needed for data collection, targeting, and analytics workflows
  • Collaborate with onshore stakeholders and offshore development teams in India
  • Troubleshoot issues across audience qualification, test delivery, APIs, tags, and data flows
  • Participate in Agile processes, daily standups, sprint planning, and documentation

Requirements

  • 5+ years of development experience in digital marketing/data platforms
  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience with AEP (XDM schemas, identities, RTCP, Alloy.js, segmentation)
  • Strong JavaScript development skills
  • Experience with Adobe Target libraries and APIs (at.js, Alloy.js, Delivery APIs, Recommendations APIs)
  • Experience implementing experimentation and personalization in SPA, SSR, and hybrid architectures
  • Comfortable working with REST APIs, JSON structures, authentication tokens, and Adobe I/O integrations
  • Enterprise-level experience with strong collaboration skills
  • Experienced in Agile workflows
