About the role
- Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers
- Prospect and create new business and new business relations
- Travel to appointments and meetings with potential and existing customers within your territory
- Meet or exceed designated sales targets
- Create and implement an effective sales strategy
- Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in customer relationship management (CRM) program
- Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales
Requirements
- Bachelor’s required, Master's degree preferred
- Previous experience in Solar Sales required
- Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A positive attitude and ability to be persistent
