About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide direct oversight to the Florida mobile team coordinators.
- Assist the Executive Director of Anti-Trafficking in obtaining and maintaining contracts/funding sources for the mobile teams in Florida.
- Assure all mobile team programs in assigned area consistently operate at maximum capacity.
- Develop program objectives and specific goals for assigned service area.
- Assure the delivery of quality, Christian services in all programs, directly and by delegation.
- Ensure financial and client databases are maintained accurately.
- Assure all mobile team programs operate in accordance with OMC, COA contract, and VOCA standards.
- Responsible, directly or by delegation, for the hiring, employment, supervision, training, evaluation and discharge of all personnel within the program service area, in keeping with agency policies and procedures.
- Work with the Florida mobile team coordinators to develop and oversee an annual operating budget and assume responsibility for the implementation and monitoring of that budget within prescribed fiscal guidelines.
- Maintain close liaison with state and other government leaders and agencies with regard to licensing, purchase of service contracts, etc.
- Provide supervision for all mobile team employees.
- Ensure a trauma-competent culture of grace, respect, and boundaries is present with mobile teams.
- Develop and implement trainings and awareness presentations, for both internal and external use.
- Oversee contract deliverables and ensure we are in compliance with contract expectations.
- Work closely with the Florida mobile team coordinators to oversee all reports regarding the mobile team programs, including COA and Quarterly reports.
- Other duties as assigned based on programmatic needs.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree or higher
- Experience with supervising direct care providers for sex trafficking victims
- Experience with community relations within the anti-trafficking field, DCF, and related non-profit entities
