About the role

  • As our Product Manager/Owner, you will sit at the intersection of AI platform development and sustainable packaging innovation.
  • You will own the product lifecycle end-to-end, from discovery and validation to delivery and adoption.
  • Report directly to our Co-founder and work closely with Engineering, Data, Design, and Go-to-Market teams.
  • Lead continuous discovery with external stakeholders to deeply understand workflows and decision-making processes.
  • Identify and prioritise opportunities where data, AI, and software can deliver the highest ROI.
  • Define and track product success metrics, focusing on user adoption and engagement.
  • Develop the product roadmap and translate it into a clear, prioritised backlog in collaboration with Engineering and Data leads.
  • Serve as the primary product contact for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure consistent expectations around releases and capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, R&D, and Data Leads during discovery to assess the feasibility of proposed AI features.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years in a Product Owner or Product Manager role, preferably in B2B SaaS or R&D-oriented platforms
  • Discovery-Led Mindset: Proven experience leading user research, problem framing, and solution validation with external stakeholders.
  • Technical & AI Literacy: Comfortable discussing software terminology, data based product ideas, and AI concepts (e.g., model, data and agent-specific technical concepts) without needing to code.
  • Sustainability Motivation: Strong interest in circular economy, materials science, or sustainability-driven innovation
  • Collaboration & Communication: Able to align diverse stakeholders and translate complex technical topics into clear product decisions.
  • Tools: Experience with Agile and discovery tools (Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, or equivalents).
