About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Architect, develop, and maintain highly responsive, accessible, and scalable user interfaces using modern web technologies
Partner with the design team to evolve and govern the design system and establish best practices for component architecture and interaction design
Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate frontend applications with middleware and backend APIs
Ensure smooth data handling, state management, and application performance

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of professional experience in frontend development, UI engineering, or a related field
Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and modern CSS/styling methodologies
Deep understanding of component-driven frontend frameworks such as React or Angular
Proven track record building, documenting, and maintaining design systems using Storybook.js or similar tools
Solid experience with middleware, RESTful/GraphQL APIs, and state management
Product-focused mindset and appreciation for UX/UI design principles
Passion for frontend technology and AI’s impact on user interfaces
Prior exposure to middle- and/or back-office operations within financial services or fund administration is a plus
