About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the development and execution of Nalanda’s corporate communication plan.
  • Help define, refine and activate key messages for Nalanda’s main audiences: clients, prospects, suppliers, partners, media, associations and industry stakeholders.
  • Translate strategic business priorities into clear communication angles, messages and narratives.
  • Ensure consistency of tone, positioning and messaging across channels, campaigns and external touchpoints.
  • Support communication around strategic initiatives, product launches, partnerships, customer projects, market developments and company milestones.
  • Help position Nalanda within the broader Once For All group and the European built environment ecosystem.
  • Contribute to the evolution of Nalanda’s external voice as the company expands from compliance solutions towards a broader market network proposition.
  • Coordinate Nalanda’s PR and media relations activities.
  • Develop and manage press releases, media opportunities, interviews, opinion pieces, branded content and external collaborations.
  • Work closely with PR agencies and external communication partners.
  • Identify opportunities to increase Nalanda’s visibility in relevant media, industry platforms, events and associations.
  • Prepare briefing materials, key messages and supporting content for spokespeople.
  • Monitor media coverage, competitor communication, industry conversations and relevant market trends.
  • Develop clear messages for different audiences and contexts, including Health & Safety, Procurement, Operations, Construction, Facilities, Industrial and supplier communities.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4–7 years of experience in corporate communication, PR, external communications, B2B communication or related roles.
  • Experience in B2B, SaaS, technology, construction, industrial, infrastructure, professional services or corporate environments.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills in Spanish.
  • High level of written and spoken English.
  • Strong communication judgement and ability to adapt messages to different audiences.
  • Experience working with media, PR agencies, communication partners or external stakeholders.
  • Experience managing LinkedIn or corporate social media channels from a corporate communication perspective.
  • Ability to understand complex B2B topics and turn them into clear, credible and engaging messages.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Good project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and approval processes.
  • Corporate sensitivity, attention to detail and high quality standards.
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of how communication supports business goals.
  • Proactive, structured and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
  • Genuine interest in technology, digital transformation and B2B ecosystems.
