About the role
- Strategic planning, implementation and scaling of Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) within a performance marketing setup
- Management and continuous optimization of campaigns in Meta Ads Manager
- Analysis of key performance KPIs such as CAC, ROAS and CTR and derivation of concrete optimization measures
- Close collaboration with Creative, Copy, E‑Commerce and Video teams to develop high‑performing campaigns
- Responsibility for budget planning, forecasting and the continued development of our Meta performance marketing activities
- Support with operational tasks in Google Ads such as campaign creation and maintenance (keyword expansion, ad adjustments, bidding)
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram)
- Confident use of Meta Ads Manager and experience in campaign optimization
- Understanding of tracking, analytics and performance KPIs such as CTR, CAC, and ROAS
- Proactive, structured working style and a strong test‑and‑learn mentality
- Initial experience with Google Ads and a personal interest in developing the channel
- Fluent English (C1); German skills at B1 level are an advantage
