About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Draft, review, and negotiate a high volume of standard corporate agreements
- Partner closely with the sales team and internal stakeholders
- Maintain, organize, and optimize our digital contract management system and legal files
- Meet regularly with internal business units to understand contract requirements and provide status updates
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–5+ years of experience as a corporate or commercial transactions paralegal
- Experience working within the healthcare sector is highly preferred
- Strong proficiency with CRM tools, electronic signature platforms, and standard productivity suites (Google Workspace/MS Office/SharePoint)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
