FlexNet Management Suite Specialist
Omniscius LLCFlexNet Management Suite (FNMS) Specialist responsible for maintaining and optimizing the FNMS environment. Supporting Software Asset Management operations for a Department of Homeland Security client.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform all Operations & Maintenance (O&M) activities associated with FlexNet Management Suite (FNMS) and related integrations
- Maintain and administer the FNMS environment within USCIS infrastructure
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for FNMS-related issues
- Support software entitlement tracking, software licensing optimization, and proactive SAM initiatives
- Assist the Project Manager in meeting performance work statement requirements
- Ensure alignment with DHS and USCIS systems, operational priorities, and policies
- Support software license helpdesk activities and customer support functions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Public Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience administering enterprise Flexera deployments
