About the role
- Leading and executing OASIS Business Development Operations to achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational objectives
- Managing business development activities within Federal OASIS-SB and/or OASIS-Plus environments
- Maintaining the OASIS opportunity pipeline, ensuring data accuracy, currency, and completeness
- Generating pipeline and performance reports for the Business Development Team and OASIS Program Manager
- Conducting outreach to Government Contracting Officers and Contracting Specialists to validate opportunity data
- Tracking and monitoring multiple government information sources to identify and research federal contract opportunities
- Collecting business intelligence and performing customer and competitor analysis
- Conducting internal assessments of company strengths and weaknesses to support win strategy development
- Developing capture strategies, identifying capture management actions, and executing capture plans
- Leading and conducting opportunity reviews
- Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams to develop a total solution aligned with client requirements
- Supervising and managing a team of five (5) Business Development Analysts
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Federal Prime Contractor Small Business supporting OASIS-SB or OASIS-Plus
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Federal Prime Contractor SDVOSB supporting OASIS-SB or OASIS-Plus
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development Management within OASIS-SB or OASIS-Plus environments
- Bachelor’s Degree (BS or BA) in one of the following or a related field: Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Biology, Medical
- Ability to obtain Secret Security Clearance (required)
- Military Veteran, with preference for former Military Officers
