About the role
- Assist with discovery, design, documentation, and testing of automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform components such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify automation opportunities, and clarify process objectives.
- Document processes, workflows, and configuration details in accordance with Power Platform development standards and best practices.
- Support the planning and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deployment activities to validate solution performance and reliability.
- Provide limited support for automation needs in other enterprise tools and systems as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–5 years of experience developing or supporting automation solutions in Microsoft 365 or similar environments.
- Hands-on experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and related tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Experience collaborating with non-technical users to translate business needs into functional automation solutions.
- Familiarity with agile delivery, testing, and deployment methodologies is a plus.
