Assist with discovery, design, documentation, and testing of automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform components such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify automation opportunities, and clarify process objectives.
Document processes, workflows, and configuration details in accordance with Power Platform development standards and best practices.
Support the planning and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deployment activities to validate solution performance and reliability.
Provide limited support for automation needs in other enterprise tools and systems as required.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3–5 years of experience developing or supporting automation solutions in Microsoft 365 or similar environments.
Hands-on experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and related tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Experience collaborating with non-technical users to translate business needs into functional automation solutions.
Familiarity with agile delivery, testing, and deployment methodologies is a plus.
