About the role
- Provide architecture and best-practice guidance for Azure services including compute, storage, networking, and security.
- Design, implement, and maintain IAM solutions leveraging Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, and Privileged Identity Management (PIM).
- Develop and enforce access policies, RBAC, and Zero-Trust frameworks aligned with FedRAMP, NIST, and ISO 27001 compliance standards.
- Identify and modernize workloads using Low-Code/No-Code platforms such as Power Platform and ServiceNow.
- Deliver proofs of concept (POCs), demonstrations, and documentation for emerging cloud and AI-driven initiatives.
- Support end-user adoption and training for Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and related collaboration platforms.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and business teams to align digital initiatives with mission goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in digital transformation, cloud architecture, or IT modernization.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration, Azure Active Directory, and cloud security frameworks.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, Adobe Experience Cloud, and SharePoint development or integration.
- Strong understanding of Zero-Trust, identity governance, and compliance standards (FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, etc.).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills—comfortable leading client demos and workshops.
