About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct trainings (online and on-site)
- Serve as the point of contact for functional questions related to templates and documents
- Develop creative, interactive document templates within our software
- Actively contribute to and help shape processes and our Delivery department
Requirements
What you’ll need- Availability 32–40 hours per week
- Enjoy training and supporting customers
- Very good German and good English skills
- Experience with MS Office
- Strong communication and consulting skills
- Analytical mindset and understanding of customer processes
- Independent and structured way of working
- Team player, creative and with a good sense of humor
- Willingness to travel (occasionally)
- Nice to have: experience as a trainer, presenter or lecturer
