About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead influencer communication for OM and Creo clients, including proposal development, commercial agreements, and client communication from initial briefing to completion
- Communicate influencer marketing within the digital/paid media ecosystem and help operationalize service offerings and value positioning
- Serve as the central source of client communication across the influencer campaign lifecycle, from identification to campaign reporting
- Lead a group of Account Management professionals
- Shepherd client and agency-client communications
- Present campaign strategy and serve as a core point of contact throughout the partnership lifecycle
- Articulate workback schedules and coordinate internal and external deliverables
- Maintain thought leadership and awareness of influencer landscape shifts, industry developments, and emerging trends
- Partner with OMG COE platform teams and channel stakeholders to implement best practices across asset development, media amplification, commerce, and measurement
Requirements
What you’ll need- In-depth understanding and mastery of Influencer marketing
- Strong agency account management background
- Thorough understanding of the Influencer ecosystem, including creative development, talent perspectives, best practices, and measurement
- Excellent relationship building with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Highly analytical, with ability to identify optimization opportunities and contextualize campaign performance
- Creative ability to translate social trends and influencer archetypes to client business objectives
- High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
- Critical thinking and problem solving for implementing new processes and improvements
- Strong business acumen and timely decision-making ability
- Strong people leadership, including providing feedback, developing employees, and making staff utilization decisions
- Bachelor's degree (Marketing/Advertising/Communications preferred)
- 4-7 years of experience within Influencer and preferably media environments
- Hands-on experience managing Influencer campaigns and client management with blue-chip companies
- Experience working on client business across a variety of industries
- Experience managing direct reports
