About the role

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or communications, or relevant post-secondary education, training, or equivalent experience
- 1.5+ years of work experience managing social marketing, interactive campaigns, and/or paid search accounts
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
- Hands-on experience with a bid management platform such as Marin, SA360, or SKAI
- Ability to develop and implement basic tactical strategies
- Ability to define goals and timelines and manage to them
- Problem-solving and contingency-planning skills
- Ability to train, mentor, and onboard junior team members
- Strong program management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Confidence analyzing and acting on marketing data
- Ability to effectively convey insights to clients
- Ability to connect account activity to client business goals
- Ability to build relationships with clients and partners
- Ability to adjust communication style based on the audience
- Ability to prepare basic and assist with client-facing deliverables
