About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead planning and execution of event logistics across multiple hospitality programs
  • Research, develop, and implement creative hospitality experiences, programming ideas, and premium guest touchpoints
  • Manage third-party vendor relationships, timelines, deliverables, budgets, and execution
  • Support décor concepts, event layouts, floor plans, and client-brand integration
  • Own gifting execution from concept through fulfillment, including vendor quotes, ordering, personalization, inventory, and onsite distribution
  • Develop and maintain event assets such as signage, printed collateral, production elements, giveaways, and branded décor
  • Support budget creation, management, reconciliation, and recap
  • Participate in weekly status calls and key internal and external meetings
  • Lead food and beverage operations, including menus, service timing, dietary accommodations, and venue/catering coordination
  • Prepare event status updates, execution guides, and support staff documents
  • Assist with event results reporting and wrap-up reports
  • Oversee vendor contracts, certificates of insurance, purchase orders, vendor payments, and documentation
  • Provide general account management and assist with client requests

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years’ experience in a related events field
  • Past hospitality experience preferred
  • Passion for sports, entertainment, gaming, music, and/or celebrity and lifestyle culture
  • Golf hospitality experience is a plus
  • Strong organization and ability to balance multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Ability to work effectively with clients and various personalities
  • Excellent written and oral interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to offer creative solutions
  • Initiative and willingness to embrace new challenges
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Experience managing budgets and using Excel
  • Second language is a plus, not a requirement
  • Willingness to travel approximately 35%
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
