About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle day-to-day activities for consumer technology account teams
- Work with senior team members to drive client business and programs
- Guide clients and agency teams on proactive and reactive communications strategy

- Use AI tools for media research, drafting, outreach, influencer identification, and tracking
- Integrate data and insights into client recommendations
- Counsel senior client decision-makers and support cross-company initiative alignment and execution
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years of experience in PR for consumer technology brands
- Experience across arts, culture, film, and entertainment spaces
- Leadership and team-building experience managing local and geographically distributed account and client teams
- Comfort using modern PR workflows as a multi-tool communications professional
- Proven experience managing earned and paid creator campaigns end-to-end, including creator identification, vetting, relationship management, content reviews, and measurement
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for media research, content drafting, influencer identification and tracking, and media outreach
- Broad technology business understanding
- Strong earned media strategy skills and existing relationships with technology, arts and culture, lifestyle, business reporters, creators, and podcasters
- Strong analytical, critical, and creative thinking abilities
- Ability to counsel senior-level decision-makers and work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Experience with consumer brand and C-suite executive communications
- Ability to communicate persuasively, make recommendations, establish timelines and responsibilities, anticipate costs, and identify success measures
- Energetic self-starter and resourceful problem solver
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple ongoing activities
- Ability to thrive in a challenging, fast-paced environment
- Agency or in-house experience is a plus but not required
- Experience with consumer subscription services, software, and/or hardware companies is a plus
- Knowledge of the technology industry and consumer trends is a plus
