About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive overall digital strategy and associated tactics to meet client goals
- Establish leadership with clients and departmental teams across OMD and agency partners
- Manage, mentor, train, and develop junior team members

- Drive paid social campaign optimizations, forecasting, opportunity analysis, campaign management, monitoring, competitive research, budget pacing, billing, and integrated media understanding
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or communications
- 3+ years of work experience managing online marketing/advertising accounts
- Proactive self-starter
- General knowledge of direct marketing principles and strategies
- Polished presentation, communication, and listening skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Confidence analyzing and acting on marketing data
- In-depth knowledge of paid social optimizations
- Knowledge of forecasting and opportunity/gap analysis
- Experience with campaign management tools, including bid rules/management
- Advanced social media knowledge
- Ability to monitor and evaluate new social trends and products
- Experience with research tools and competitive analysis
- Knowledge of budget pacing and billing
- Understanding of integrated media, client scope, and industry trends
