About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a reliable agency contact for client sponsorship, internal client departments, and agency partners
  • Oversee Americas hospitality programming across Canada, the US, and LATAM for sponsorships, properties, and events
  • Oversee hospitality programming for Motorsports, Golf, and Entertainment properties
  • Collaborate with the Americas team managing multiple property relationships
  • Serve as client liaison for Americas/B2B hospitality and product service integration
  • Manage an Americas-based team planning and executing high-profile B2C/B2B events
  • Integrate client products and services into sponsorship programs
  • Ideate innovative ways to convey client messaging through events and hospitality
  • Oversee B2B programming and executive onsite management
  • Manage finance trackers, budgets, and program reconciliations
  • Develop sales decks and presentations for internal and external audiences
  • Support the agency experiences team as a key member of the hosting and hospitality vertical

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7-10 years of work experience in hospitality or experiential marketing
  • Proven experience managing VIP and executive groups
  • Experience working internationally or as part of a global team is beneficial
  • Experience at major events such as Formula 1, Olympics, or FIFA World Cup is beneficial
  • Strong leadership presence and concise, persuasive, effective communication across multiple mediums
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects, handle deadlines, coordinate timelines, and perform under pressure
  • Emotional intelligence and adaptability when working with various personalities
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results
  • Outstanding organization and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated discretion, judgment, tact, poise, reliability, and trustworthiness
  • Ability to lead client meetings, staff planning, and keep parties on task, on time, and on budget
  • Ability to forecast and mitigate issues and challenges
  • Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including weekend and holiday travel
  • Willingness to travel to event sites throughout the U.S. and globally; valid passport required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally and work weekends or holidays as needed
  • Spanish speaker required; Portuguese is a plus
