About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work with Business team counterparts to build campaign schedules and strategically plan internal workflow to meet campaign deadlines
- Manage day-to-day workflow, including planning daily meetings, Teams channels, and internal status documents
- Oversee utilization of team resources and secure coverage for scoped projects and team absences
- Flag the need for additional resources when necessary
- Collaborate with Business counterparts to secure appropriate internal team members for meetings and campaign milestones
- Capture meeting notes and share recaps after internal team meetings
- Book meeting rooms, order catering, and plan meeting logistics
- Organize and store campaign documents, final deliverable files, and notes in OneDrive
- Send the weekly 'Weekly Wrap' email to the internal team
- Alert the Business counterpart to issues that may affect campaign schedules and client deadlines
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of related experience
- Collaborative and able to work effectively with others
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive with an eye on the next step
- Ability to work well with different personalities and backgrounds
- Ability to remain calm through stressful situations
- Innate ability to bring team members together
- Must currently live in or be willing to relocate to New York City within the first 60 days of employment
