Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to three years of experience in training, documentation, administrative support, business operations, or a related field
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Ability to organize complex information into clear, user-friendly materials
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with business and technical teams in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with SharePoint, document management systems, and Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred
- Associate degree preferred
- Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply
