What you’ll need

5+ years of experience as an Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant.
Experience with both Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and post-production support.
Strong functional expertise in Oracle Core HR and Oracle Talent Management.
Ability to understand technical concepts and effectively partner with technical teams.
Experience gathering business and translating them into Oracle HCM solutions.
Experience with Oracle BI Reporting (OTBI/BI Publisher) preferred.
Experience configuring and designing Oracle HCM workflows preferred.
Additional Oracle HCM module experience (Compensation, Recruiting, Learning, Benefits, Payroll, etc.) is highly preferred.
