Conduct automation readiness assessments and develop automation adoption roadmaps.
Design and architect automation solutions tailored to business.
Lead implementation of automation solutions.
Develop proof-of-concepts (POCs), prototypes, and minimum viable products (MVPs).
Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy automation solutions into production environments.
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings.
Establish automation governance frameworks and best practices.
Conduct training and adoption workshops.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in automation, software development, or technology consulting.
Strong understanding of automation tools and technologies.
Experience with programming languages such as Python and SQL.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
