Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver KTLO activities, incidents, service, and problem management using automation-first approaches.
Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for network configuration and deployments.
Implement and enforce source control practices (Git) and versioning standards for network configurations.
Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions using tools such as Ansible, Bicep, ARM, or Terraform.
Lead and contribute to the adoption of DevOps practices within the Networking team.
Drive continuous improvement of network operations through automation and standardization.
Develop reusable automation frameworks and support tiered operational teams.
Evaluate and integrate new network automation and DevOps technologies.
Support enforcement of enterprise standards, frameworks, and policies related to networking and automation.

Requirements

What you’ll need

University degree, college diploma, or equivalent experience; CCNP or DevNet certification is an asset.
8+ years of experience in networking and/or NetDevOps roles.
Strong collaboration and cross-functional teamwork skills.
Data-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
Subject Matter Expert (SME) in network automation and DevOps practices.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to influence and build credibility across teams and stakeholders.
