Strong experience supporting Integrated Eligibility Systems (IES) projects
Experience with Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, Child Welfare, Child Support, or other Health & Human Services programs
Demonstrated software testing experience in government or public sector environments
Experience creating and executing test cases and test scenarios
Experience managing defects and working within structured testing processes
Ability to quickly understand complex eligibility workflows and business processes
Preferred Skills: Selenium or other automation testing experience
Experience with JIRA or similar defect tracking tools
Prior Deloitte, state government, or public sector consulting experience
Experience supporting large-scale eligibility modernization initiatives
