Key responsibilities & impact

Own end-to-end delivery of SAP programs
Drive delivery across Plan → Build → Test → Deploy → Hypercare → Support lifecycle
Act as the primary interface for customer leadership
Establish strong governance using delivery metrics
Lead SAP transformation initiatives
Manage large, distributed delivery teams
Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards
Drive margin improvement through productivity levers and automation

Requirements

What you’ll need

15–20+ years of IT experience with 10+ years in SAP program delivery
Proven experience managing large SAP transformations (S/4HANA preferred)
Strong understanding of SAP modules such as FICO, MM, SD, PP, EWM, SCM, CX, Trade Management, Finance
Exposure to SAP S/4HANA migration approaches
Strong people leadership and global team management
Expertise in stakeholder engagement at CXO level
SAP certifications (S/4HANA or module-specific)
