What you’ll need

10+ years of experience in Power BI for Data Engineering roles
3-5+ years in CX analytics or related fields for Data Analyst roles
At least 3 years of experience in business analysis or data analysis
Strong knowledge of Salesforce for reporting and dashboards
Experience with SQL and data manipulation
Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and modeling
Ability to create and manage dashboards in Power BI or similar tools
Strong documentation and process mapping skills
Experience in regulated environments or data governance
Excellent communication skills for presenting insights.
