Product Manager with Financial Reconciliation role
Develop and execute product/platform strategy for financial reconciliation systems
Focus on financial reconciliation workflows for banking domain, including bank accounts, ledger balances, and trade settlements
Work with treasury, accounts payable, and trading desks reconciliation processes
Integrate and work with enterprise-grade platforms, APIs, and data integration
Collaborate with stakeholders, communicate product vision, and apply analytical skills to drive decisions
Use Agile/Scrum product development practices and knowledge of data visualization and reconciliation tools

12+ years (listed in header)
8+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on financial systems or reconciliation platforms
Proven track record in developing and executing product/platform strategy
Strong understanding of financial operations, accounting principles, and reconciliation workflows
Experience with financial reconciliation and financial transactions (e.g., bank accounts, ledger balances, trade settlements)
Experience with treasury, accounts payable, trading desks reconciliation
The person needs to have this reconciliation experience in banking domain
Experience working with enterprise-grade platforms, APIs, and data integration
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred
Experience with financial ERP systems (preferred)
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., SOX, PCI-DSS) (preferred)
Agile/Scrum product development experience (preferred)
Knowledge of data visualization and reconciliation tools (preferred)
Must be able to work EST/CST time
