About the role
- Manage end-to-end program delivery for DXC Assure initiatives across reinsurance, claims, accounting, and IT.
- Serve as the primary liaison with senior stakeholders and department heads, providing detailed reporting, updates, and risk management.
- Oversee multi-year product implementation cycles, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage dependencies, and ensure smooth execution across business and technology units.
- Drive governance, status reporting, issue resolution, and overall program health tracking.
Requirements
- Strong, proven experience as a Program Manager overseeing large, multi-year enterprise product rollouts.
- Mandatory experience in insurance or reinsurance, with DXC Assure implementations.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
