Requirements

- Ability to manage and resolve ServiceNow tickets
- Experience with backup and recovery processes
- Certifications such as MCSE or RHCE (preferred)
- Familiarity with enterprise infrastructure systems (preferred)
- Experience with performance monitoring tools (preferred)
