About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- La risorsa si occuperà della gestione tecnica ed economica end-to-end della commessa, alternando il lavoro tra l'ufficio e il cantiere.
- Pianificazione e preparazione del cantiere e delle lavorazioni;
- Gestione della contabilità di cantiere e degli Stati di Avanzamento Lavori (SAL);
- Supporto al Responsabile Operativo in cantiere;
- Gestione delle pratiche d'ufficio.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica, Elettrica, Architettura o diploma di Geometra
- Esperienza in ambito edile o impiantistico di almeno 2 anni
- Comprovate competenze nella contabilità di cantiere e nella gestione dei SAL
- Ottime capacità di utilizzo del PC e del pacchetto Office
- Flessibilità, spiccate capacità di gestione dello stress, di team working e autonomia nel ruolo.
