About the role
- Collaborate with our BIM team to maintain accurate Revit and CAD files
- Be the site-level contact for BIM content review, approval, management, and maintenance
- Coordinate the delivery of all handover content for data center projects
- Utilize professional tools and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Provide document & project closeout support, coordinating content for construction and operation
- Act as the site representative for the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS)
- Work closely with the client and project teams
- Oversee day-to-day document maintenance, conduct QA/QC checks, and ensure compliance with client standards
Requirements
- Ability to contribute and work well on a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other relevant software tools
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field preferred
- Proven experience in BIM management, document control, and project coordination within the construction or engineering industry
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work well within a team
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality work and continuous improvement
