About the role

  • Support large‑scale data center projects and utility interconnections.
  • Build and validate PSCAD models that demonstrate reliable grid performance and meet utility requirements.
  • Work closely with internal teams, utilities, and equipment manufacturers to evaluate system behavior during faults, voltage and frequency disturbances, and weak‑grid conditions.
  • Support model reviews through commissioning.
  • Contribute to complex, high‑impact projects while delivering practical solutions that support grid reliability and client needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in power system studies with hands‑on PSCAD EMT modeling.
  • Understanding of power‑electronics‑based loads (UPS, VFDs, converters) and grid interconnection requirements.
  • Experience supporting utility or ISO reviews preferred.
  • Strong technical writing and collaboration skills
  • Must be a licensed Engineer
